Overview of The Company
Mr. Sanjay Kacheria had completed his graduate and post graduate studies in Engineering in the U.S., after which he worked with the globally renowned “American Racing Inc” where he garnered hands-on experience in the domain of production and marketing.
Having an experience of over 8 years, he decided to embark on an independent, self-driven, challenging and surely fulfilling journey. Thus, in the year 1993 was born ‘Neo-Wheels Ltd’ – the brainchild of Mr. Sanjay’s unique amalgamation of multidecade experience and expertise!
The first few years were mainly contract manufacturing oriented where in the major clients were several aftermarket buyers based in the U.S. However, the onus was gradually shifted to develop the necessary infrastructure and build a solid team to cater to the changing trends, new styles, lightweight, yet strong wheels for the indian domestic market
The result of this unflinching determination and discipline coupled with the hands-on experience of more than two decades being that Neo Wheels is now not only an industry leader, but also a pioneer in the manufacturing of Alloy Wheels.
The company operations started in MIDC- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra until the recent inception of its MIDC - Nashik facility. Spread over a 4 acre plot, the new facility boasts of a planned capacity to manufacture 0.5 million wheels per annum in the near future! with state of the art technology comprising of the Low Pressure Die Casting ( LPDC) as well as the Robotic Gravity Die Casting with a Brand New Paint Line and CNC Line to offer the best quality and finished product.
NeoWheels - an ISO 9001:2015 company was the first Indian company to manufacture Aluminium Alloy wheels! THEY are tested as per IS 9436/38 at ARAI (Automotive Research Association of India) and are approved by ARAI for TAC ( Type Approval Certificate) for OEM supplies . Its the only company that provides Lifetime Limited Structural Warranty on its alloy wheels. they boast of the best after sales service team and are fully capable to design and develop Wheels as per International standards.

With this vision & aspiration coupled with new vigour, Neo wheels Ltd.(earlier located at TTC area, MIDC Navi Mumbai) has very recently set up its brand-new manufacturing facility in Nashik, Maharashtra. Located in the Govt. MIDC Malegaon, Nashik- Maharashtra, the Neo Wheels’ New facility is spread across a massive 15,530 sq. metres area with 7098 sq. metres of built up. The facility boasts of state-of-the-art manufacturing technology which is indeed the prerequisite for the plant’s planned capacity of 0.5 million wheels per annum. Notably, the Neo Wheels’ Nashik factory has one of the highest production capacities for any alloy wheel manufacturing facility in India.
Speaking of the manufacturing practices at the Neo Wheels’ Nashik factory, dual technology viz. Low-pressure die casting (LPDC) & Gravity Die Casting is employed in conjunction with a great degree of process automation which furnishes excellent control of the die cavity filling.
Using robots for die- cast handling, the die is gradually filled by the molten metal, thereby causing less turbulence. This provides high yield, reduced cost of machining, reduced formation of oxide, no porosity and improved metallurgical quality.
Further, there is a comprehensive list of 15 mandatory tests including. Alloy Chemical Analysis, X-Ray Test, elongation, Hardness, 100 % leak test, Visual Inspection, Cornering Fatigue Test etc. which are undertaken to ensure that only the best and the toughest emerge victorious and ready for use.
Neo Wheels has always been the pioneer in Alloy Wheels manufacturing since 1996 and the new facility has only added to our credit! Nobody sets their standards as high as we do, be it manufacturing, testing or customer satisfaction, Alloy Wheels = Neo Wheels.

Mahindra & Mahindra India Contract in 2003 We acquired the approval of the car manufacturer Mahindra & Mahindra India to become the first OEM supplier for their wheels. This is the biggest accolade a factory owner can have, having a vehicle manufacturer recognize the quality and importance of NEO in the domestic market place, truly a great honor. News Channel BBC 2005 Increased brand recognition becoming apparent with well the known news channel BBC, interviews Neo Wheels as the prominent brand and alloy wheels manufacture.
Joint Venture with 'Reliance Retail' 2007 Joint venture with 'Reliance Retail' the biggest retail giant increasing exposure across their stores throughout India, with this partnership.
EXPORTS 2008 This exposure grows to Sri Lanka for their Maruti Suzuki vehicles due to increased demand and production of their vehicles and then our reach extended to South American countries, Europe and Nepal.
Nissan USA 2009 As popularity grows, so does the demand from customer that gave more push for retailers to stock Neo Wheels in their stores in which over 50 well established distributors across India. As the name Neo Wheels grows in confidence and popularity Nissan USA has begun importing their aluminum cleats for their own production.
Bombaridier Inc 2011 As the quality and performance of the alloy used to produce the wheels, the USA and Canada has chosen to use Neo Wheels to manufacture aluminum components for their subway systems 'Bombaridier Inc'.
