Welcome to NEO WHEELS LTD (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”)! These Terms of Purchase module (“Terms”, “Terms of Purchase”) govern your use of our website located at www.neowheels.com (together or individually “Purchase”) operated by NEO WHEELS LTD. Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Purchase module and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages. Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and agree to be bound of them. If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) Agreements, then you may not use the Purchase module, but please let us know by emailing at [email protected] so we can try to find a solution. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use Purchase module.

The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on you. We and our associated acquiring bank or financial institutions reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the Website fraudulently. We and our associated acquiring banks or financial institutions reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Website and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions in accordance with applicable laws.
3. Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product made available through our Purchase module (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including but not limited to, your credit or debit card number, the expiration date of your card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. We may employ the use of third party purchases for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or purchase module availability, errors in the description or price of the product or purchase, error in your order or other reasons. 4. Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions
Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through Purchase module may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Purchase. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms of Purchase, Promotion rules will apply.

Our referral coupon is valid for 3 months from the date of your purchase and can be used for unlimited times for the purchase of our alloys wheels in set of 4 wheels on www.neowheels.com.The referrer will be benefited with a cashback benefit of Rs.1000/- whenever his code is used by any referee for purchasing Neo alloy wheels in set of 4 wheels on www.neowheels.com and the referee will also get benefit of a cash discount of Rs.1000/- on his purchase along with a fresh referral coupon for his future references.
6. Neo Wheels Accident protection plan exclusive for online Buyers
Neo Wheels accident protection plan can be availed by customers only for one single time at an additional charge of Rs.1499/- only, and will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of your purchase. This plan covers unconditional accidental breakage of wheels while driving, however does not cover any damage caused due to Kerb, bends and scratches. Our liability is limited to the damage to our wheels and Neo wheels does not warrant or is responsible for any damage caused to any other parts of the vehicle or the occupants of the vehicle. In the event of such an unfortunate instance our customers have to contact Neo Wheels customer care only. On receiving the intimation of such cases we will initiate the replacement for the same after we receive the damaged wheels. We should receive or will pick up the damaged wheels within 10 working days from the date of intimation of your damage, to Neo wheels customer care. We shall initiate the dispatch of the replacement wheels within 10 to 15 working days from the date of the receipt of your damaged wheels. Freight charges for the replaced wheels sent, will be to the customer account. (In case of non-availability of the particular design of wheel or spec, such cases will be dealt on a case to case basis).
7. Buy Back Policy exclusive for online Buyers
All online buyers can approach Neo Wheels customers support for a Buy Back in exchange of a new design where they might be eligible for a 10-20% discount. This offer is at the discretion of the company, state of the alloy wheels and other eligibility criteria. This offer is not valid on all designs.
8. Content
Our Purchase module allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for Content that you post on or through Purchase, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting Content on or through this module, You represent and warrant that: (i) Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) that the posting of your Content on or through Purchase module does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity. We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone found to be infringing on a copyright. You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through Purchase module and you are responsible for protecting those rights. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for Content you or any third party posts on or through Purchase. You agree that this license includes the right for us to make your Content available to other users of Purchase module, who may also use your Content subject to these Terms. NEO WHEELS LTD has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit all Content provided by users. In addition, Content found on or through this Purchase module are the property of NEO WHEELS LTD or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.

You may use our Purchase module only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Terms. You agree not to use Purchase module:

0.3. Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on Purchase module or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.

0.5. Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
0.6. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of Purchase, the server on which Purchase module is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to Purchase.
0.7. Attack Purchase module via a denial-of-purchase module attack or a distributed denial-of-purchase module attack.
0.8. Take any action that may damage or falsify Company rating.
0.9. Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of Purchase module.
10. Analytics
We may use third-party Purchase module Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Purchase module.
11. No Use By Minors
Purchase module is intended only for access and use by individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. Contest Period: The Neo Wheels Warranty Contest will commence on April 15th, 2024, and conclude on May 31st, 2024. Eligibility: To participate in the Contest, individuals must: - Purchase and install Neo alloy wheels on their car during the Contest Period. - Register their warranty online through the Neo Warranty portal. - Follow Neo Wheels on Instagram (@neowheels) and subscribe to the Neo Wheels YouTube channel. - Share a photo or reel featuring their car with Neo alloy wheels visibly installed. Submission Criteria: Participants must ensure that Neo Wheels alloy wheels are clearly visible in the photo or reel shared on their Instagram profile. Winners Selection & Prizes: Participate in our weekly contest and stand a chance to win exciting prizes. One lucky winner will stand a chance of taking home the grand prize of an iPhone 15. Winner will be selected based on creativity, originality, and adherence to submission criteria, solely by Neo Wheels. Stay tuned for our weekly announcements on our Instagram handle. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
