Warranty

Warranty Procedure:

For registration of any claim, customer has to lodge complaint by e-mail at [email protected] & marked CC to [email protected] along with damaged wheel photograph, scanned image of original customer bill copy.

Warranty Inclusions :

1. Life time limited structural warranty is applicable in case of any structural defect such as Air leakage through the body of the wheel or formation of crack or bend, without the wheel having external impact or the wheel banging into potholes or any other abuse.

2. Warranty for all finishes such as white rust formation on lacquer coating, peeling of powder coating or paint coating, of all wheels will be only for 12 months from the date of sale to customer.

3. In case of the vehicle having a Wobbling / vibration complaint, such cases should be reported and brought to the notice of our dealer within 7 days from the date of sale to customer, failing which such cases will not be considered under warranty.

Warranty Exclusions:

1. Life time limited structural warranty does not cover any accidental damages, scratches on face & pothole damage like front/rear flange bend / crack due to the impact load which is more than the designed load.

2. Wheel damage or structural failure due to an accident & racing application will not be covered under warranty.

3. Warranty for any kind of touching of tyres on body or fenders or any other concern will not be covered in case of fitment up size wheels to gain plus size effect on the vehicle.

4. Wheel damage due to excessive vehicle load / incorrect size of Tyre will not be covered under warranty.

5. Structural failure due to brake shoe wear or tear will not be covered under warranty.

6. Any damage caused by using an incorrect tool while mounting a tyre on a wheel will not be covered under warranty.

7. Damage / corrosion of wheel surface due to using harsh cleaning agent / chemicals will not be covered under warranty.

8. Corrosion due to accumulation of brake dust on the wheel surface will not be covered under warranty.

9. Wheel deformation is due to frequent kerb events / abusive usage leading to wobbling of the vehicle. Wheels which are frequently run over the edges of footpath, pavements and dividers are likely to be damaged by the impact externally, such damages may or may not be visible on the wheels unless inspected and the same shall not be covered under warranty.

10. Warranty period will commence only from the date of purchase of the new wheel only. Date of replacement of the wheel shall not be considered for a further period of warranty.

11. Any repair or alteration in the product from any other place is not considered under warranty.

12. Warranty is not applicable for any damage of product by using wrong wheel nuts for wheel fitment. Please use the type of wheel nuts, (spherical or conical), as specified by the OE manufacturer.

13. Warranty is subject to only the wheel and not for any other damage occurred due to the failure of the wheel such as damages to the body parts, tyres, or any other accessory fitted onto the vehicle, or any damages occurred due to the wrong fitment of wheels and wrong recommendation of wheels to the vehicle.

14. Complaint without photographs, scan image of original customer bill copy will not be entertained.

Notes :

1. Limited Structural Warranty excludes certain parts of the product from coverage i.e. Structural Damage due to Accident, racing application, transport damage during transit, Kerb strike events, hitting vehicle into Pothole / any hard object, Abusive usage etc.

2. All expenses incurred for transportation, testing, balancing & fitment shall not be covered under warranty. However only in case of warranty claim being passed the same shall be reimbursed to the customer.

3. All wheels claimed under warranty should be forwarded by our authorised dealer to Neo Wheels Ltd. Sinnar Nashik along with authentic GST invoice raised on Neo Wheels At the purchase value & should be accounted in books of account.

4. In case of any failure of filling GST returns by the dealer due to which Neo is not able to file the set off for GST same shall be debited to the respective dealer and should be honored.
